We typically take 1 tablespoon everyday through the winter months, or when we want to give our immune systems an extra boost. This (link) research study shows the benefits of taking 1 tablespoon several times a day for those who are already sick.
Be sure to refrigerate your Commonhealth blends after you open them. They can be stored at room temperature until they are opened.
Our Elderberry Syrup is the traditional remedy used for immune support. Elderberries have long been used folk remedies for their potential anti-viral properties. Our Syrup uses just four simple ingredients: organic elderberries, water, Meyer lemon juice and a touch of organic cane sugar. It tends to be less sweet than many other products on the market, and our simple ingredients really highlight the delicious flavor of the elderberries.
Our Elderberry Shrub is an infused apple cider vinegar with honey. It is sweet with a delightful vinegar-y tang! We use only organic elderberries; organic, raw apple cider vinegar, and raw, local honey. Many people use shrub as a part of their daily wellness routine. We think it also makes a great addition to many cocktails, mocktails, and, of course, vanilla ice cream!
Our Elderflower Cordial is an infused simple syrup, using the flowers from the elderberry plant. Elderflower is a traditional flavor in much of Eastern and Northern Europe, and we love seeing it more and more in the US. Elderflower Gin & Tonic is a very traditional elderflower cocktail. Our Cordial is a unique flavor addition to tea, lemonade, cocktails and more. A little Elderflower Cordial in sparkling water is one of our favorite ways to cool down on a hot summer day!

Your botanical blends will be shipped within two business days of your order. You will receive an email or text confirmation when your order ships. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Most packages will arrive at their destination within three business days of shipment.
Shipping on orders $50 or more is always free. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on orders less than $50. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, but do not ship internationally at this time.
